Picture of Kim jung eun looking like dragon ball's character is gaining popularity among japan, china, and Korea. In the picture, Kim jung eun has similar appearance with dragon ball character. He looks really chubby and has eyes that are little bit up. Also, he is wearing same hats and vest that the character is wearing.
People guess that this parady has been made by Chinese But people are casting doubt that if Chinese made this parady, there might have been some restriction of expressing this parody, but there is nothing going on with this picture. So, people are guessing that this might harm relationships between North Korea, and China.
